Effective Connections owner and Chief Empowerment Officer (CEO), Beth Goodman, brings a combination of education, skills, experience, personal warmth and professionalism to her work as a Trainer, Meeting and Group Facilitator, Coach and Consultant. Beth is also the previous owner of BG LifeCoaching for Women.
Prior to launching her private practices, she worked as a counselor, trainer, group facilitator and client advocate in a variety of settings from private non-profit to the government sector. Additionally, she has held leadership positions on the Board of Directors of a number of community organizations. Beth has worked with diverse ethnic and cultural populations and welcomes and enjoys that experience.
Beth earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from Vermont College of Norwich University, Montpelier, Vermont and a Master’s Degree in Career Development and Community Counseling (MCDCC) from National University in San Diego, California. Beth has also completed courses in Coaching Skills and Coaching and Assessment from the College of Executive Coaching in Ventura, California and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, she holds the designation of "Trained Communication Skills Instructor" from Interpersonal Communication Programs, Inc. in Evergreen, Colorado. |
